A hit out before the Metros or just a hard session at DISC for practice etc?  We've got DISC for Sunday night on the 23rd of November for two hours from 7 'til 9.  Metros riders will get to use the start gate etc, and we'll mix it up for the sprinters and enduros.

We expect $20 a head to attend.

Spin Training and
DISC training  have finished for 2008 and will resume in April 2009
Race Skills will run in Summer 2008-2009
