We have strength and power training equipment now

Ours is white ... pretty!

We've invested in some more equipment, specifically a power training rack (weights). This is set up in the shed at aboc HQ, now known as the aboc Power House.

aboc riders are welcome to use the facility. Especially sprinters ...
