The usual aboc long E1 ride, leaving my place at 6:30am, Mitcham Rd to the Eastern Fwy trail, trail to the city (eta Kew ~7:30am). Yarra Boulevard to Southbank, Port Melb (eta Port Melb ~8:15, lap of Beach Rd and return.
