Strength and power training

We have a good set of weights and gym equipment for strength and power training

By arrangement, we allow aboc riders (particularly track sprinters) access to the aboc Power House.  We have set up a power rack for squats and other strength work.

DISC training  have finished for 2008 and will resume in April 2009
Race Skills will run in Summer 2008-2009
